Greeting onto those of this fine group.
One of you know of me, but let me introduce myself to the rest
of you.
I am Lord Viga Vikingr I Horni Warrior of the SCA and Knights Marshal
of the Barony of Caerthe.
I extend an invitation to all of you who wish to try fighting at
our level. I run the local fighter practice at the Jeffco Fair grounds on Thursday nights. I have a few sets of loaner gear
and weapons available for your use. I have scanned what I can online of your group and from what I can tell Honor and Chivalry rule your day as it does here in the SCA. It would be an honor for
me to help anyone here in this fine group take the field.
I would not be chivalrous if I did not tell you that our weapons
are made of rattan, a solid form of bamboo. There for our armor is a bit bulky and heavy.
The best days for me to help anyone would be the first and second
Thursdays of the month. If you wish to come out and play please bring your own personal protection. ( you know to protect
"down there") I would also suggest some form of boot or heavy hiking shoe.
The very beautiful and striking Lady Angel has my contact info.
Please contact me prior to showing up so I can reserve the loaner
gear for you.
